Tech Talk #1- SpaceX Will Offer Tourism Flights Sooner Than You Think (February 20, 2020)
I think the most important part of this article is the fact that technology is advancing so much that people are able to be sent into space with minimal training. Especially so soon, maybe in May of this year or 2021 and 2022. CEO of SpaceX Elon Musk has hinted at the idea of space tourism as a business for a few years now, talking about how soon it would be but to think that it’s almost here is crazy. I think the two companies should consider how dangerous things like this could be and as exciting as it is to hear that space is being explored more, it’s also a reason to be more cautious than ever in order for everyone to be safe.
