This is one of the good websites because it is easy to navigate and very user-friendly. It’s easy to find business-friendly hotel accommodations along with the regular local hotel and you can even book flights or rent cars.

  • Hotels.com

Hotels.com is good for getting a hold of local hotels and it’s cheaper than most other travel sites, as the flights and hotel packages can save you money. After booking ten nights with Hotels.com, the 11th night is completely free and you just have to pay fees and taxes.

Trivago.com is a well known website and I’d say it’s for good reason. It allows you to compare hotel details and find the one that’s best for you. They have everything from the cheapest hotels to the most high-end suites and Trivago.com will show you all of it.

Bad Websites for Booking Trips and Reviewing:

  • Delta.com

Delta.com is one of the least-respected brands in the US and I’ll tell you why. Their flights get cancelled almost half the time due to the many mechanical failures they experience or “the weather”. Delta Airlines is the kind of business that tolerates bumping passengers and leaving empty seats just because the flights and fuel were mismanaged. They could improve their management and hire nicer and better flight attendants to truly satisfy their customers.

  • Transavia

Transavia’s customer service has always been really bad. If you look at reviews, most of them are complaining about the way they treat their customers. They’re also known for charging large sums of money for small things and the airlines are just a mess. Transavia could improve their customer service and look into why they feel the need to charge customers for virtually nothing.

  • Laudamotion

This travel site also has poor customer service, according to the many reviews. Their flights get cancelled more than the usual functioning airport and they even get delayed for up to 7 hours. They could improve by developing better management skills, whether that be with a new team or something else, along with getting better at customer service, as happy customers should be their goal.
